    Called to enquire whether they stock a certain part. Apparently there was an issue with changed part numbers, but the lady said she will get back to me in 5 minutes. Not even 5 minutes later and I receive a call back, it is the correct part and it is ready for pickup at the front desk. Friendly, knowledgable and returns a phone call.

    Serviceman John arrived on time and completed the 1.5 hour work on a Miele fridge in a thoroughly professional manner. Would gladly use them again.
